Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of One Command ("the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

One Command connects to your WhatsApp Business account to receive, transcribe, translate, analyze, and help you reply to messages. Features and functionality may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. WhatsApp Business connection

  • You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms and policies when connecting and using your business number through the app.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for any messages sent from your connected number.
  • You confirm you have the right to process the messages and contact data that flow through your WhatsApp Business account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp's policies.
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. AI-generated content

Transcriptions, translations, summaries, and drafted replies are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any content before sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own content and messages.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
