This Privacy Policy explains how One Command ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service to receive, transcribe, analyze, and reply to WhatsApp messages.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and authentication details when you create an account.
- WhatsApp Business credentials. The access token, phone number ID, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, and verify token you provide to connect your WhatsApp Business account.
- Messages and media. The content of WhatsApp messages sent to your connected business number — including text, voice notes, and other media — which are delivered to us in real time via Meta's webhook.
- Derived data. Transcripts, translations, summaries, detected intents, and action items generated when we process your messages.
2. How we use your information
- To transcribe, translate, summarize, and analyze incoming WhatsApp messages.
- To draft and, at your request, send replies on your behalf.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the app work, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (to receive and send messages) and AI processing providers (to transcribe, translate, and analyze content). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
4. Data retention
We retain your messages and derived data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, after which we will remove it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you may disconnect your WhatsApp Business account at any time from the app settings. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
